December 3rd
Quo Coffee
La Fuente
Good morning and happy December 3rd!
Today, we’re tasting a Pink Bourbon from Finca La Fuente in Colombia, brought to you by Quo Coffee and their friends and producers, Yaved Guarnizo and Yobani Ramos.
The roaster calls this “one of our favourite coffees ever,” and with good reason. It embodies everything they strive for: a clean, juicy, and incredibly sweet cup that has been built on a foundation of mutual support and shared goals. The tasting notes are bright and vibrant: think fresh mango, red currants, and lemonade.

This is one of our favourite coffees ever, from Finca la Fuente and the producers Yaved and Yobani behind this incredible coffee. We’ve worked with and known Yaved and Yobani for the past 15 years and Christian has visited them almost every year. This year we had the pleasure of welcoming Yaved into our homes for the first time, in his first trip outside Colombia.
It only felt fitting to include this coffee as a true representation of the quality that comes from our partners, and for what we’re trying to work towards within our organisation. Clean, juicy, sweet, and a lasting relationship grounded in mutual support and improvement.
