Today’s coffee comes from Quo Coffee and is the Arbegona Kurupe.

Why did you choose this coffee for the Advent Calendar?

We chose this coffee for it’s standout character and unique processing method for this origin. It’s a clean, juicy, and sweet coffee which is an attribute we always look for in the coffees we source.

V60 Brew Recipe

Coffee: 18 grams
Water: 300g / 95 degrees
Grind size: 700-950um / medium-medium coarse

1st pour: 50g bloom.

At 30s, 2nd pour: up to 150g.

At 1 min, 3rd pour: up to 200g.

At 1.30 min, 4th pour: up to 250g.

At 2 min, 5th pour: up to 300g.

Drawdown in 3 min.
