This is very easy drinking and comforting coffee but very elegant yet.

Grind size: Grind setting: adjust to the brew time and TDS/EXT target.
Bloom: 0:40-0:50

00:00-0:40 bloom
0:40-1:40 190g main pour. Gentle shake and tap.
Total brew time: 2:30-3:00 (remove the dripper when drawdown is finished).
