Good morning and welcome to December 6th! Today, we’re tasting Cyesha, a beautiful washed red bourbon from Rwanda, roasted by Nord Oslo.

Cyesha is a reoccurring position in our coffee offer. It is a beautiful representation of quality and lovely flavours of Rwanda coffees. It’s sweet it’s clean with amazing tea like flavours.
Coffee: 17 grams
Water: 288g / 92°C
Grind size: Medium / Comandante C40 – 24 clicks
Brew guide:
1. Rinse filter and preheat.
2. Bloom with 45 g water for 35 s.
3. Continue pouring in three stages (to 150 g / 230 g / 288 g) with smooth circular motion.
4. Drawdown should finish around 3:10.
Nord’s note: This coffee performs beautifully at slightly lower brew temperatures, yielding a silky cup with deep sweetness and calm balance.
