Ninety Plus’s Juliette coffee is known for its sweet, seductive flavor and is an award-winning microlot. Grown at the innovative Ninety Plus Gesha Estates on the western slopes of Panama’s Barú Volcano, it is the result of a secretive, temperature-controlled fermentation process using the Gesha variety. Expect notes of orange peel, peach, vanilla, crème brûlée, and floral in the cup, with a syrupy body and long-lasting aftertaste. The estate is owned by Joseph Brodsky, who had a vision to reforest this area with inspiration from coffee grown in its natural habitat in Ethiopia.

A competition lot from Ninety Plus Gesha Estates in Panama. It is one of the sweetest lots in the Ninety Plus production and scores well above 90 points on the SCA protocol. In the cup you can taste orange peel, peach, vanilla, crème brûlée, and floral notes.
