Oslo roaster KAFFA purchased a micro auction lot with an amazing coffee from El Injerto. This specific lot of coffee is being used as the competition coffee for Trude, Michelle and Philip during this year’s Nordic Roaster Forum in Oslo this weekend. The coffee comes from one of the most famous and well-operated coffee farms in Guatemala, El Injerto. El Injerto is located in Huehuetenango in the western part of Guatemala, and has been run by father and son Arturo Aguirre since 1990. KAFFA had a few kg of this delicious coffee left over, which we’ve been able to reserve for KaffeBox customers. Score!
This is a sweet and incredibly balanced coffee, with aroma of white peach and delicious aftertaste of plum and marzipan.
