They also believe that their deity will provide them with a precise moment to begin picking. In this area, coffee farmers may travel up to two hours to deliver the coffee cherries to the washing station. A total of 170 farmers contribute to this location. Girum Assefa closely monitors the administration of the site and the processing of these coffee cherries.
