Clever Coffee – Kedir Bali, Ethiopia

This coffee is named after the producer behind the green coffee; Kedir Bali. Kedir Bali is a medium-sized producer from Ethiopia – known in his local community as a skilled entrepreneur and church leader.

This is the first time we have been able to present a coffee from a single farmer from Ethiopia. The Coffee is the Wolisho and Dega varietals grown in Woreda of Konga in the Yirgacheffe region. The flavor has a very balanced natural funk and a great sweetness with notes of Lychee, peach candies and jasmine flowers. This is already a favorite with several of our baristas in our coffee shop
