Brasil Jaguara Peaberry – Green Coffee Beans

A classic and clean favorite peaberry coffee from Brazil. Peaberries are a type of coffee bean that is oval in shape, rather than the typical flat shape of most coffee beans. They are formed when only one seed is fertilized inside the coffee cherry, instead of the usual two seeds. This causes the single seed to grow into a small, round shape. Peaberries are considered to be a rare and special type of coffee and are often prized for their unique flavor and aroma. Only 5 percent of all coffee beans that are harvested have this form.
